Calls and asks for my manaqer statinq there us qoinq to be a waqe qarnishment if we don't pay back a $300 payday loan which we NEVER received.

Repeatedly called me despite that my phone is a cell phone and is on the do not call list!!!!

First there was a voice message that used extreme scare tactics to persuade the receiver to purchase an emergency calling system worn around the neck. I was told to press 1 to get more information so I did. When the representative answered, I told her that I wanted to be taken off the call list. She was rude and said that she was only the operator. I asked her several times but she started to insult me and then hung up. She never identified herself or the company.
